Syringa Lodge Reservation Information

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we have outlined the following policies. These guidelines help us maintain the quality and peaceful atmosphere of our property while providing clear expectations for your visit.

Rooms

The Syringa Lodge offers a total of 6 standard single rooms with 2 additional rooms that each adjoin one of the standard single rooms to make up our 2 suites.

Our standard single rooms contain a queen or king sized bed and a private bath. Our suites consist of a standard single room with an additional adjoining bedroom. The adjoining bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and does not have a private bath. Please call us if you need a suite.

Rates

Our pricing varies slightly between the winter and summer seasons.

We may honor both state and federal per diem rates for those in official travel status. Call us for more information.

All rates include a full family style breakfast.

Checking In

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 am on your departure day.

We may be able to honor early or late check-in/check-out times under certain circumstances – please mention this upon making your reservation. Please keep in mind that we need ample time to prepare rooms upon check-in, so that we may provide the best experience possible to our guests.

If you will be checking in after 9:00 pm, please let us know so we will not worry about you!

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance except for holiday weekends. Holiday weekend cancellations must be made 10 days in advance. We will not charge for late cancellations if we are able to rent the rooms. You must call to cancel, if no one is available to answer the phone please leave a message. No emails will be accepted.
